Certifying Board Examination In preparation for passing the "boards," we purchase the Medical Knowledge Self-Assessment Program (MKSAP) for each of our residents. We also require the second- and third-year residents to take the ACP In Training Examinations as "mock boards" to familiarize them with the type of questions they will be facing. Our three-year average board exam pass rate is 100%. (You can connect to the American Board of Internal Medicine via the Internet to see a listing of board pass rates for all internal medicine residency programs.) Post Graduation We work to ensure that residents are happy with their career choices following graduation from our program.
